HI ShootingStar,
Thank you for caring about my health It has been a roller coster ride with 37 surgery's I just can't get the 38th one done right now cause then I would be layed Up for months and all the work I have had to do since her first missing report never got opened and now that I got It opened for sure with the wayne county sheriff's I cant just lose that precious time again and I don't think my health would permit me to go thru this again.
I swear I don't know which Is worse my broken heart or my health I would say my heart hands down but thanks for all your support and everyone please read my mom's story's maybe you might have known her.
I'm still waiting on her age progression I'm wondering If I should just pay the 300 dollars that I really can not afford I wish I knew how to do one I wonder If a tatoo place could do one I'm gonna look Into that right now.
Take care everyone and have a beautiful week.
Sincerely Debbie Lynn.

Good luck with this Deb! God Bless, I sure as heck am praying for you.

I saw the orginal age progression, and while not bad cause the age does come through, I had thought that since your mother was such a beautiful woman,that some of that should have shown through, even though so many years have passed. You know, some older women in their 60's or older, for example, you can tell they were very good looking at one time..I feel there may still be a hint of that. Of course, I'm no good at this stuff, so I don't second guess... It is definitly an art, that I wouldn't be able to it at all. I can draw stick figures, barely.

Hang in there, woman!

HI ShootingStar,
That age progression Of her Is terrible cause they only had old picture's of her to go by , my mom has a long neck that age photo she has no neck and anyone that would see her new picture's would know that would look nothing like her or no one In my family the people that have seen It emailed me and said who done that no way would that look like your mom and I had to explain they did the best they could with the photo's they had but now with the new photo's on her http://www.geocities.com/ruthhoffmanmissing you can be the judge of that.
See you on the other board In a little while.

Hi Debbie and friends,

Please keep in mind the following posting rules which listed in every forum here.

"Bumping of threads should be only done on an occasional basis as we are guests on this board, using the bandwidth so generously provided to us.

Project Jason's primary goal in using this forum is to provide awareness for these missing loved ones. The second goal is to provide a safe harbour for their families to see news and information."

Some of the postings here are more in line with private exchanges, rather than news and information and should be done via email or IM's.

Thank you for remembering that our space here is donated, and we need to use it wisely. Thank you.

HI Everyone,
I really want your advice on this age progression?
Even though the guy Is working on some changes and I'm so thankful to him I just thought If you guy's could tell me what you think from and outsider looking In maybe I'm just to close to the whole situation, but I got a email actually telling me she looked like a man In the age progression photo so please tell me what you think.
Deb.
PS: She was 44 when In the photo of her In the brown leather jacket and she would be 63 right now.

================================================== =======

I believe this is a very good age progression, if not excellent.

================================================== =======

HI Shootingstar,
oh and I agree with you this guy does very good work and after the changes like the forehead and hes pulling off 7 years and the chin he just might have her nailed. you know how you would look at a 80 year old woman and think to yourself gosh she must have been beautiful In her day well thats what were working on Is getting her best possible look to put on flyers.
She was Is a very pretty woman and I can't wait until the day comes when I can see her again and we are going public In november so hopefully somebody knows something?
Thank you so much for your opinion I really do appreciate It.

================================================== =======

Today Is my mom's Birthday october 5th and I want to wish her a happy birthday and to tell her I love her and mom If you are reading this by chance I love and miss you and I promise you I will keep looking for you with my last breath you are my whole world and without you there Is no life for me.
But this Is your day and I hope wherever you are you are smiling and happy.
with all my love your loving daughter debbie lynn,

Can everyone say a special pray for my mom or light a candle for her on her special day and such a special woman.

HI Everyone,
Realcrimes has added my mom to there site and I wanted you to have there link and I need your help am I suppose to get ahold of the news now or not yet??
I don't know why but this site is not letting me add the link to realcrimes.com and I am probally doing something wrong.

============

Debbie,
Truckingboards won't allow you to link to outside pages until after you have posted at least 15 times. Kelly popped in and posted the link, but it came up as code.

I did a little research: the link that RealCrimes has is the bad one. It links directly to the nonsense coded gibberish with no other place to go except the family website. I have the home page quote for you, but until they get it fixed, there is nothing much to do.

http://www.realcrimes.com/

scroll down to the 4th from the bottom, and you will see Ruth's box:

MI Case Ruth Sharon Hoffman

Rogue River Police Dept.

Wayne Co. Sheriff's Dept.

Ruth vanished the day after being beaten and brutally raped by the owner of a local "cops bar" and his buddy. Is that why Rogue River Police only pretended to file a missing person report and told Ruth's daughter not to "bug them" about her missing mother? Ruth's official website.

=============

HI W84WEEE,
thank you so much but I don't think I am understanding what are you saying that you can't click on her name to pull up her story cause I just did and I really appreciate you putting up the link for me that was really really nice of you please forgive me I have been going threw a little scam and some friends have been helping me not to get sucked in It's someone clamming to be my mom and they want money.but I am really really tired and wore out so please frogive me when I am not understanding thing's today
but all you have to do once you come to her name just click on there and the whole story will pop up ok and If that ain't It then tell me and I will see what I can do,
and thanks to all of you on this site that have helped me out and thanks to alot of good people and alot of good organizations I have hope I think for the first time after being lied to for soooo long.
God Bless all of you out there that have helped me or gonna help me and god Bless all of the people hurting over someone.

=============

Debbie,

When I click on her name at Real Crime, I get a page of code. I do not get a story at all! Perhaps it is me!

Just in case I am the only one affected by this issue, here is the link:
http://www.realcrimes.com/Hoffman/Ruth_Hoffman.htm

Sorry for any mixup that my computer's issues may be causing!

I am sorry to hear about such a cruel and heartless scam agianst your family. It is unbelievable what some people will do...

==========

HI W84Meee,
don't worry about it at least you care enough to want to read her story and help me out and that means alot to me.
I love talking to caring people that is why i joined this site you guy's are so sweet and caring and i am meeting alot of other good people also.
so wish me luck and keep us in your prayers and I always pray for the site's and everyone that Is on them everynite cause i believe there is power in number's and we all gotta stick together thru the bad and good.
talk to you soon I hope and take care.
